This is taken from Black Dots, a collection of tracks the Bad Brains recorded before that first ROIR cassette. You can tell they’re still finding their sound, but they were already one helluva band. This song in particular is one of my favorite things they’ve ever done—and as usual, H.R. is rocking a set of vocal chords on loan from Jah Almighty.
